We have a variety of treatment options, to ensure your needs are met. These include:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i): the gold standard treatment for insomnia, recommended by the American Sleep Association and other medical experts including the American College of Physicians (ACP). CBT-i is a non-pharmacological treatment focused on education and behavior modification. It harnesses mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and aligns your sleep/wake cycle with your natural circadian rhythm*.

  • Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy: the gold standard treatment for sleep apnea. It involves wearing a small nasal mask throughout the night. Linked to a machine that pushes lightly pressurized air, the mask keeps your airways open and prevents sleep apnea from occurring. Your sleep is restored and you can get your overall health back on track.

  • Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD): this is a type of oral appliance that looks like a mouthguard. Wearing a MAD while you sleep keeps your lower jawbone in a forward position. This expands your airway, helping you breathe better throughout the night. MAD is the first choice treatment for mild forms of sleep apnea.

  • Other: In addition to PAP therapy, CBT-i and oral appliances, we offer alternative treatment options such as positional therapy, weight loss, or even surgical options with our network of providers.
*Circadian rhythm is your body’s 24 hour rhythm, making you feel tired or alert at regular times of the night and day.
