Start with a visit
Before any treatment, we take time to understand whats really going on.
1. Meet your sleep practitioner
A virtual visit where your specialist takes time to understand your symptoms, discuss your sleep history, and determine if a sleep study is needed.
2. Take a sleep test from home
If a sleep test is recommended, well send you a small device to wear while you sleep at home to help us accurately diagnose sleep apnea.*
3. Kickstart your treatment plan
If you’re diagnosed with sleep apnea, your specialist will explain your options and help you start CPAP if it’s right for you.
CPAP, EXPLAINED
CPAP stands for continuous positive airway pressure, and it's the most effective treatment for sleep apnea.
When you have sleep apnea, your throat muscles relax too much during sleep. This blocks your airway and makes you stop breathing for short periods, sometimes hundreds of times a night.
Each time this happens:
Your brain senses the drop in oxygen
It briefly wakes your body up to start breathing again
You fall back asleep, but never reach deep, restful sleep
Feeling unsure?
With the right support, CPAP doesn't just get easier, it gets life-changing.
Reduces snoring, fatigue, and long-term health risks
Helps you sleep deeply and breathe freely again
Boosts energy, focus, and mood during the day
Supports heart and brain health over time
Improves quality of life for you (and your partner)

Very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone experiencing sleep problems. I have been using the c-pap for a little over a month. The benefits have been awesome. My only regret was not starting it years ago.

OTHER TREATMENTS
CPAP works for many, but not all. If another option is a better fit, your sleep practitioner will talk you through it and refer you to the right specialist.
Oral appliance therapy
A custom dental device that keeps your airway open while you sleep, ideal for mild to moderate sleep apnea or if you can't tolerate CPAP.
CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Evidence-based therapy that addresses the root causes of insomnia and helps you build better sleep habits.
Specialized procedures
For some patients, surgical procedures or weight management may be the most effective path forward.
