Common questions

How much will my appointment cost?

If you’re using insurance, your costs depend on your plan, copay, and deductible — but we’ll verify everything in advance and let you know what to expect. If you’re paying out of pocket, our prices are simple and upfront. You can view our current rates , or email us anytime at hello@dreemhealth.com — we’re happy to walk you through it.

When will I get my home sleep test?

Most patients receive their test within 5 days after their first appointment. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you take insurance?

Yes we do! We work with Medicare, most PPO plans, and some local HMOs. We believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting the sleep care you need. To check if we accept your insurance,

What treatment options do you provide?

Our clinic and our network of partners work hand-in-hand to deliver an expansive suite of treatment choices, designed to fit your unique needs. These include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i): the gold standard treatment for insomnia, recommended by the American Sleep Association and other medical experts including the American College of Physicians (ACP). CBT-i is a non- pharmacological treatment focused on education and behavior modification. It harnesses mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and aligns your sleep/wake cycle with your natural circadian rhythm.
  • Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy: the gold standard treatment for sleep apnea. It involves wearing a small nasal mask throughout the night. Linked to a machine that pushes lightly pressurized air, the mask keeps your airways open and prevents sleep apnea from occurring. Your sleep is restored and you can get your overall health back on track.
  • Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD): this is a type of oral appliance that looks like a mouthguard. Wearing a MAD while you sleep keeps your lower jawbone in a forward position. This expands your airway, helping you breathe better throughout the night. MAD is the first choice treatment for mild forms of sleep apnea.
  • Other: In addition to PAP therapy, CBT-i and oral appliances, we offer alternative treatment options such as positional therapy, weight loss, or even surgical options with our network of providers.

*Circadian rhythm is your body’s 24 hour rhythm, making you feel tired or alert at regular times of the night and day.
