Another attractive feature of taking a sleep apnea test at home is that you get to spend the night in your own bed, says Brandi Campbell, APRN, FNP-BC, the nurse practitioner clinic lead at Dreem Health. “Patients often sleep better in an environment they’re comfortable in,” she says, “Some people really can’t sleep in environments that they’ve never been in before.”
